Menu & ordering
Menu shortcode with categories and products; add-to-cart from the menu. Start-page shortcode with delivery / pickup / eat-in tiles. Product modal for add-ons and quantity. “Your Order” cart panel with live subtotal, mini-cart, optional restrict-to-menu-and-checkout flow.
Add-ons (toppings & options)
Global add-ons (attach by category or product). Per-product add-ons with price overrides (e.g. 9" / 12" / 16"). First N free, remove toppings, “show only when” another option is chosen. Half & half and single-pizza flows with conditional add-ons.
Checkout & delivery
Delivery, Pickup or Eat-in stored in session and on checkout/emails. Optional postcode check against shipping zones and delivery fee. Time picker with configurable slots. Opening hours per day; optional block orders when closed.
Live orders dashboard
Live Orders shortcode (managers/admins): New orders, Processing, Complete, Phone order, Analytics. Accept or Deny new orders, mark complete, print receipt, optional auto-print to network printer. Phone orders with payment link (copy, WhatsApp, email). Auto-refresh.
Analytics
Orders & revenue chart, orders by status, best sellers, AOV. Last 7 or 30 days. All inside the Live Orders dashboard.
Order status for customers
On the “Order received” (thank you) page, live status (e.g. Pending, Accepted – being prepared) that updates when you Accept/Deny/Complete in Live Orders.
Loyverse & integrations
Optional Loyverse Till link: sync products and modifiers; Loyverse settings and sync UI. Optional Shipday for delivery. Network receipt printer (IP/port, ESC/POS). PurePOS settings: Main, Menu layout, Time picker, Delivery, Receipt printer, Loyverse, Advanced, Logs.
